Convenient location, but the bed smelled like urine. After walking the dogs before packing the car to leave, the key wouldn’t work; at the front desk we found other guests with the same problem, yet there was no staff available and the corporate office couldn’t help; after an hour the police arrived so we could retrieve our belongings and leave—an appalling experience.

Close to work location, but staff named Brisa was rude and claimed she didn’t speak Spanish just to avoid helping Spanish‑speaking guests; there was no maintenance staff, only one housekeeper for the entire hotel even during busy weekend events, and the owner seemed indifferent to paying customers, caring only that money was handed over and never addressing any issues.

There was complimentary coffee available after 7:15 AM. I requested non-smoking room and got non-smoking room. My check-in was delayed as the receptionist did not know what she was doing. She kept saying, " I cannot charge your credit card as you booked through a third party (she meant ). I got the confirmation email from Motel 6 and I showed that to her but she was not convinced and asked me to call and tell them to call her to fix the issue with the payment processing. I explained her that I have already paid to and your motel would receive payout but she refused to give me a room and I have to call at 12:30 AM and was on the phone for 45 minutes till I got in touch with real human agent. It was worst experience of my life
