“Very poor value”
The staff were pleasant, but the place felt like a worn budget facility, which is what you’d expect for $60‑80 USD, yet we were charged about $300 USD—luxury prices.

After I showered the floor got soaked, so I had to wipe it up.

A quiet spot, but the presence of homeless people was a downside.

No cleaning was done over the four nights, the reception never greeted anyone who entered, and the hotel sits far from the city centre.

We left early in the morning and missed breakfast, and on the first floor the rooms on the side where people are a little loud, smokers and homeless, and folks in the smoking area looking for cigarette buds can be nosy at times.
