The historic palace really impressed me, especially the hall and the breakfast room with its stunning view. The décor and ornamental pieces were carefully chosen, creating a very welcoming atmosphere. The only downside was that we were assigned room 28, which felt extremely cramped—probably the smallest in the whole property. Patience is required.

The building itself is very beautiful and spotless. The only hiccup was finding a parking spot, which proved a bit tricky.

We were absolutely delighted by Hotel Quattro Gigli from the moment we arrived. The staff were extraordinarily friendly and warm, making us feel genuinely welcome rather than just guests. Their attentiveness, helpfulness, and natural charm set the tone. The hotel exudes charm and a distinct Italian atmosphere, all of which feels authentic and well-maintained. Its location is superb, making it an ideal base to explore Tuscany. We enjoyed our stay and felt completely at ease. The house has character, warmth, and true Italian hospitality. Thanks to the entire team for a wonderful time; we’ll definitely return. Highly recommended!
