“I’ve done it already above not happy what’s”
I was given the wrong room, the staff were rude, my girlfriend had to run a bath and found pubic hairs in the room, which made her stressed; I told the receptionist about a plug hole but they ignored it, and it took ages before anything was done, so I ended up going to Tesco just outside the road for quicker service. The service was rubbish, I normally don’t complain, but it was my birthday and I didn’t get the room I paid for. I’ve sent a complaints form so you’ll read everything about it.
