I recommend it for families; it has plenty of leisure and entertainment services. No complaints.

The lantern decorations were very nice and the outdoor sports activities were great. However, the canal had a lot of trash; there should be measures to control waste to keep it clean and convenient for kayaking. Breakfast food was tasty, the fruit fresh, but there was no effective heating equipment for the fish dishes, which reduced the sensory appeal of the aroma.

Our stay at Laguna was pleasant; the staff were lovely, friendly and very helpful, especially Thuỷ and the reception team—thank you. Nothing to complain about.
