Clean and welcoming, Mr. Paolo was kind. The only downside was the lack of a key for the actual bedroom where the bed is, not just the main area door for a woman, which is very important.

The owner was friendly, helped us buy a bus ticket, offered cold drinks, and told us about the sights; the room was clean but very hot, so we used the AC. The room equipment could be newer and more “friendly”.

The staff’s competence and dedication were great. The apartment is on the fourth floor, with a staircase between the third and fourth floors, and elevators only go up to the third floor.

Close to the train station. The shower and toilet were excellent. There’s an elevator, but it doesn’t go all the way up to the top‑floor room. The host gave us coffee and a sandwich for breakfast before we left for the train. No parking was available. Our room had no view, the windows didn’t seal tightly, the bed wasn’t very comfortable, and the “quiet” room wasn’t really that quiet, but it was fine for one night.

For our needs it was superb because we had to head to the airport the next day. Paulo was a star! He carried our suitcases to our room and let us store them there until needed; his friendliness was truly appreciated. Though the room was comfortable and the shower hot, a kettle would have been handy. Paulo made coffee and brought it to our room. The Wi‑Fi was down, which was irritating.
