“Awful. We had bed bug bites for the following two weeks.”

The front desk staff were rude and our beds were infested with bed bugs, so I won’t return. The service and cleanliness were unacceptable.

The eggs were excellent and the bacon was crispier than what I’ve had elsewhere; overall the breakfast was very good. I was there for a swap meet, a car show, and to visit my grandchildren. I had a pickup with an open trailer and an old car, and parking was no issue—I tried to avoid taking up too many spots. I returned from dinner late and found I’d chosen the darkest spot in the lot. While moving the truck trailer and old car, the night security guard was doing rounds outside and told me he’d stay through the night and watch the vehicles for me, which was great! However, some Hilton Gardens offer breakfast while others don’t. This Hilton Garden needs maintenance: the area around the bathroom sink has been cleaned, but a dark stain below the countertop remains and needs refinishing, along with other small marks showing previous damage and repair attempts.
