The owner was amazing, very nice and helpful, and always kept in touch with us; overall the room and service were good, but the area feels really shady and scary at night, the only perk is the nearby bus station.

The decor is cute and it’s close to the station, but it sits in a rough neighbourhood and the rooms aren’t sound‑proof, letting the noise from other rooms bleed through.

B&B Believe turned out to be the worst possible experience in an even more run‑down part of Naples; staying just a few metres from the station was a terrible idea, and the building itself was dirty and decrepit, which only foreshadowed what we’d find later. “Cleanliness” is clearly a word that isn’t known here, and this place proves it: the rooms give zero sense of care or hygiene. The worst part was the bathroom: the shower drain was broken and the fan barely worked, making the space even more unpleasant. To top it off, breakfast consisted of stale pastries that had clearly been left out too long; it’s hard to call that a proper breakfast for a lodging establishment. A decidedly negative experience that I wouldn’t recommend or repeat.
