How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
Great location, one of the best beaches to swim at Nusa Dua. A short walk to a “pub street” and a 10‑15 minute walk to Bali Collection. The staff are excellent. Breakfast buffet is enormous with cooked‑to‑order eggs, pastries and fruit selection. Built in 1990 so while the rooms are large some of the design is a bit tired. That said, they were very clean, room service was very prompt and the air conditioning was very good.

We spent 6 days there and had a truly wonderful vacation. Our room with Club‑Lounge access got an upgrade because of a construction project next to the property! The suite was huge, everything was perfectly clean and super beautiful. The Club‑Lounge was great, with tasty snacks, excellent cocktails in the evening and very attentive, friendly staff! Breakfast was also great, we had access to the Club‑Lounge pool, directly from the beach entrance. The non‑alcoholic drinks at the Club‑Lounge pool are free. Staff across the entire property are very friendly and always helpful. Thanks a lot for that! The resort has a lot of rooms, and it’s also huge, with several pools, a beautiful area in front of the beach with an infinity pool and a great beach area! The beach is extremely wide and almost endless! Highly recommend 100 %.

It was super! Ayodya Palace is a separate building on the Ayodya grounds. The closest to the ocean, with its own reception and restaurant. The room was excellent! We stayed in an Ayodya Palace room with Club Benefits. The bed was comfortable, the air conditioner worked well, no wind on the bed. The balcony was luxurious with two sofas, two chairs and a table. The view was straight onto the evening show 💃🏻🕺 and partially onto the ocean. The main concert starts before sunrise, when all the birds, frogs and other locals wake up. For breakfast we mostly went to the restaurant in the Palace – gorgeous! We ordered from the menu and could also pick from the buffet. From 15:00 the Afternoon tea started, and from 18:00 Cocktail time 🍹🍸. Once we went to breakfast at Waterfall – only a buffet, but still tasty. There was miso soup, which the Palace lacked 😉. In the room we had free daily fruit replenishment and very tasty cookies. There’s a coffee machine with great capsules. Laundry for 4 items a day was included – you could bring fewer items. The property still has many birds, herons, ducks and squirrels. A monitor even swam in the pond. We didn’t meet the geese we saw last year. Swimming in the ocean is fine, but it depends on the weather – it can be clear, or have algae, tide, current, waves, calm water – all of it. The beach has many activities: table tennis, chess, various active games like Cornhole. The only downside was ongoing repairs on the building. Well, repairs have to be done, and they’ll finish soon.

Lovely resort, the staff were very kind and helpful. We thoroughly enjoyed staying in the Palace part of the resort. There were always sun loungers around the pool and on the beach. Our a‑la‑carte breakfasts were very good. Nothing else.
