“Ok experience”

The spot is right in the middle of Cape Cod, close to everything, but the 2nd‑floor room by the pool had the AC blowing in a pool‑chemical smell.

The restaurant staff were friendly and helpful, and the location was solid; I didn't use either pool. The room could use a touch of updating, and the balcony overlooking the indoor pool made it dark with no sunlight.

“We stayed the twice now and its the place to go on the cape”

Breakfast was excellent with a wide variety and the wait staff were top‑class. We stayed a year ago, and the only change was the chef, who was really special; overall it’s still very good.
