Excelente ubicación y excelente servicio por parte del personal con el que me tocó tener contacto. Todos muy amables y con buenos conocimientos de su trabajo. La limpieza de manera general, los ductos de aire, se nota que no se han limpiado en años, ya que por las rejillas salia como pelusa negra y no se si ademas hongo por humedad, en mi cuarto había dos cucarachas muertas y un grillo, además mis cobijas olian feo (a humedad) y por último, no se realizó la limpieza diaria de mi habitación

The location and size of the hotel are good, but the rooms need urgent maintenance. The hotel feels a bit abandoned; for the price paid it should be much more updated— the coffee maker didn't work and the water tap was faulty, which is unacceptable in a Fiesta Americana.

Cleanliness was appreciated, but everything else felt very old, the carpet was dirty, the floor uneven, the bathroom was in bad condition, and on the first day we had no hot water.
