The staff were really kind and attentive, the spa access was great, the rooms were very comfortable, and we were very satisfied with our stay and will return; the hotel is well‑located right next to the port, the view is magnificent, you can stroll on the esplanade, and there are many restaurants within 5 minutes on foot and a beach 10 minutes away. The breakfast, however, is too expensive for what’s offered.

The price, room, and breakfast were good, but the tap and shower head in the room were not eco‑friendly and only blew air; the air‑conditioning didn’t work, sucked in dust, had no airflow, and the cleaning by the specialists was overdue; in the SPA not all water jets worked; the room needs renovation and I would completely overhaul the hotel because it’s old.

The room was large, the bed was huge, and the lake view was lovely; the SPA equipment was very complete and also offered an outside view. Overall the hotel would benefit from a refresh, and at the SPA there were no bath towels available.

The pool, though aging, was still enjoyable; the restaurant staff were very rude and unfriendly, and the hotel is old.
