The lady greeted us nicely, but the air conditioning was weak and the hot water in the shower was dirty.

The location was great, the bathroom was clean and nice, and there were cakes and juice left in the fridge, yet the lack of air conditioning made it very uncomfortable in the heat because the fan was quite weak.
