The staff were extremely friendly, and I appreciated having a washing machine and dryer available for free use. The hotel isn’t far from the subway either, which made getting around easy. No complaints to speak of.

The staff were really friendly and the room felt huge, which we appreciated. Around midnight a cigarette smell started drifting in, probably coming through the air‑conditioning from a neighboring room. We mentioned it at the front desk the next morning and they were quick to apologize and sort things out the following day.

Everything was spotless and the employees greeted us with a smile every time. The hotel’s spot in Changsha made it easy to walk to the mall, the subway and even get to Orange Island on my first day alone. The bed was a bit firmer than I’m used to, but still comfortable, and a pharmacy and convenience store were just a short stroll away.

The location is spot on—right where you want to be for everything in town.

The place is just a short walk from the metro, which made getting around a breeze. I didn’t run into any issues at all, so there’s really nothing negative to mention.
