The unit we stayed in was really nice, unlike the other two units we had with family that were subpar. The ads were misleading—these aren't cabins, they're more like condos. Our unit wasn't ready for check‑in, but the friendly girl at the front desk gave us a restaurant gift card as compensation, though the restaurant's limited hours meant we couldn't use it.
The facilities and surrounding area were beautiful. The room turned out better than expected and we had a great overall experience; dinner at The Table was excellent too! The stay just felt too short.

I liked that the place was near a beautiful creek and not too far from downtown Sedona. I was annoyed when I had to wait 40 minutes after my scheduled check‑in because the room was supposedly being cleaned; I’d called at 11 am asking for early check‑in and they said it wasn’t possible, which I understood, but I expected the room to be ready a couple of hours earlier. The cabin was still not ready, smelled of mold and cigarettes, and overall needed a full remodel—very frustrating after a long day of travel.
