The staff was friendly, yet the hotel had no kitchen. On the first day we were told breakfast would start after 8.30 am, so nothing was available then; on the second day we received a packed breakfast from outside, but there were no plates, bowls, or spoons, only pongal and vada, and no drinks were offered. The fridge in the room was covered in fungus, the lights kept flickering, and the lift was non‑functional.

Nothing I liked about this stay; everything was bad.

The location is good, but there’s no lift and cleanliness is average.

The location is fine, but the bathing water is very bad—brownish, totally dirty.
