“A solid city hotel that fully lives up to the Hilton name.”
This city hotel really lives up to the Hilton brand. I’d strongly suggest it for its location and value. If you’re in Xi’an and looking for a top‑quality hotel in a prime area, this should definitely be one of your top three choices. The breakfast could have been better, but it matches what you’d expect from a typical city hotel.
“중국에 대한 인식의 전환”
I liked that the sink, toilet, and shower were separate. I’m not sure if it was a setting on my iPhone, but the hotel Wi‑Fi didn’t work. Luckily the unlimited plan allowed me to use my own Wi‑Fi, but the hotel staff tried to help with a translation app and were kind, though it ultimately didn’t work.
“it was a very good stay.”
The location is excellent – probably the best in the city centre. It’s just an 8‑10 minute walk to Bell and Drum towers, and a corner away is Zhubashi street with plenty of restaurants and cafés. The staff are very friendly, which is probably the biggest highlight of this hotel. Thanks to everyone. Breakfast is very good, with both Western and Chinese options. Surprisingly, there is no restaurant on site. Most staff speak only Chinese, which is a bit odd for a Hilton property.
The reception was friendly. The room was spacious and comfortable. The location is perfect for city excursions. Nothing else to add.
The location was spot‑on, close to sights, shops, and restaurants. The staff were very friendly. I had booked a room that wasn’t ready at check‑in, so we were upgraded to a room with a terrace. The bed was very comfortable and large. Whenever the room was cleaned, a tray of fresh fruit appeared – a nice surprise! Breakfast was excellent, fresh and varied, and even a picky eater can find something to enjoy. The scent in the room when we arrived wasn’t pleasant, but you can open the terrace door for fresher air.
