I was really looking forward to a relaxing morning at this hotel, but things didn't quite go as planned. I'd booked a room for 8 am, but when I arrived, I was told it wouldn't be ready until 12 pm - that's a pretty big gap. On the plus side, the staff were friendly and apologetic, which helped soften the blow. However, the delay meant I had to spend a few extra hours wandering around the city before I could even get to my room.

The location of this hotel is perfect - it's right on the National Highway, making it super convenient for travelers. However, my stay was marred by a few issues. The room I was given was under renovation, which wasn't exactly what I was expecting when I booked.
