The room was old and stank; the wooden floor was sticky, the bathtub had stains, there was no water pressure in the shower, no kitchen utensils or cutlery, the bed was smelly, the TV was bad, the cupboards were stained and water‑damaged, the sofa stank, the carpets were not clean, and the AC made too much noise.

The location was fine. The building smelled bad, was isolated, the quality was poor, the breakfast options were bad, and it was the worst experience ever.

I was told I couldn’t use the room because I didn’t know what? They claimed the time had run out even though I paid for access until 11 pm on 28 June. I arrived at 9 am and still had time, but they wouldn’t let me in!!

The staff were friendly and arranged the lobby to look appealing for guests, but the place itself was frightening, filthy, and dilapidated. My room was infested with large roaches, had a strong cigarette odor, and I couldn’t sleep, so I was eager to leave after paying a high price.
