The cleanliness was terrible. The room was not cleaned; the sheets were stained with… the shower ran out of water halfway through and there were water bottles inside. The other room had a disgusting towel at the base and also had crushed, dirty water bottles.

Infelizmente nada me agradou. Banheiros sempre sujos. É necessário aumentar a frequência da limpeza. Fiquei 1 semana no local e o chão do quarto nao foi varrido nenhuma vez. Cozinha falta talheres. Acabou o sabão para lavar louça e nao foi reposto (pelo menos 4 dias sem). A geladeira estava extremamente suja. Não utilizei o fogão pois as panelas estaba sempre sujas ou com óleo de outros usos. Internet nao funcionou no meu quarto um dia sequer. Ar condicionado extremamente barulhento. Em resumo: Não indico o lugar

The location and staff were great, especially the person named Carla. The shower drainage system was an issue and the shower wasn’t cleaned properly.
