The common areas on the ground floor are fine. However, there’s a clear discrepancy between the photos posted by the hotel and what I actually saw.

This hotel is heavily trafficked by on‑site staff but still comfortable. The attached restaurant is convenient and breakfast is good. The staff are friendly even when arriving slightly early. The room stays quiet despite being close to the street. Parking is available and Wi‑Fi is adequate. Be careful: Google Maps points you to the Ponte del Diavolo a few kilometers north; the staff are working to fix this, but double‑check.

The room was very nice, but breakfast turned out to be a disaster. Nothing was available; we had to ask for bread, a bowl, milk, and a cereal spoon. Even when we asked again, the staff couldn't bring the items. I’m not sure if the staff were newly trained or simply clueless. A waiter was kind and eventually brought what we needed after a long wait.
