“Exceptionnel”
The hotel was brand new, the bed was very comfortable, and we slept well in those two large double beds. The location was ideal, close to restaurants and the train station. No complaints.

The room was clean, the towels and nightwear felt good, and I slept soundly; the amenities were complete, so I felt secure. Right outside the door there was a water server, microwave, and toaster, which was very convenient. The second‑floor café had private rooms and the food and drinks were delicious. At night, on the first floor, I played a golf putting game at the bar and enjoyed drinks on the terrace. The bar manager, who has pastry experience, made homemade sweets that paired perfectly with the glass wine—so good I brought them back to my room. Breakfast could be taken in the room, letting me enjoy my own pace.

The staff were friendly and attentive, and breakfast was good. The pillow was very thin and I slept a bit poorly, but I understand that’s a matter of taste.

The location was convenient, rooms were spotless and the beds were comfortable. However, the room we were told was an apartment turned out to be small and had only a bed, no other furniture. The balcony lacked chairs and the kitchenette had only a couple of cups, no crockery or cutlery. The lift only served our floor, so our family group was split into two rooms on different floors, preventing us from visiting each other’s rooms. This was extremely inconvenient. Breakfast, which was included in the price, consisted of one small dish and one drink; we had to pay extra for a second cup of coffee, which is not what you expect from a hotel breakfast. We were also not allowed to eat our own food in the dining area or on the communal balcony, even though those spaces were almost empty, and there were no chairs or space to eat in our apartment. The staff tried to be helpful but enforced policies that made our stay difficult.
