I was disappointed because the place looks nothing like the photos online, there's no service, not even a kettle or hot water for drinks, and the canteen is nonexistent so you have to wait hours for a cup of tea. The bed linen had yellow stains and the towels were filthy, and the Wi‑Fi never worked at all – definitely avoid this spot.

The staff was acceptable, though we only met one person at the front desk. The bathroom was clean but in poor condition, with the shower leaking through a rusted seal on the roof. The bed was comfortable and the towels were clean, but the shower was the main issue.

The staff were friendly, but the hotel marketed itself as a star property while using table fans and offering tiny rooms; there is no restaurant, so you have to order food from outside. There's a lot more to say.
