The shower hose was broken and splashed. There was no kettle, which was listed as a room feature. The duvet was too small for a double bed.

The setting, location, and hotel part were quite pleasant. The restaurant was simply disgraceful: terrible service and deceptive. It took 1 hour 45 minutes to serve a charcuterie platter, the wine did not match the menu, and they charged the price of a bottle for two glasses… Stay away!

The setting and charm of the castle had their effect. The staff were also very pleasant and professional.

The location was quiet, at least in the cooler seasons. In summer it was without air conditioning. And with the window open it could get tough, because traffic could still be heavy. The parking directly in front of or beside the building was great.

The main courtyard of the castle is lovely, and the restaurant is great. The castle annex feels cramped, the room is small, uncomfortable, and the price‑to‑quality ratio for a "castle" experience is disappointing.
