The parquet floor was lifted and broken, risking trips and splinters on the feet, and the bathroom seemed to have a leak, as the floor and door were damaged by a lot of water. The door doesn’t open fully but swings on half, the sink is missing, and there is no bidet or shower.

Good location, but the place was dirty. There is a kitchenette, yet no cutlery. Despite asking not to enter our room, it was still broken into repeatedly.

The hygiene could be better. The location was fine, just had to get used to opening the doors digitally. It wasn’t clean.

The property sits in a strategic, quite central spot, just a few minutes’ walk to Ottaviano and San Pietro metros, and it’s handy to check in and open the door and gate from the phone app. However, the place leaves a lot to be desired in services and cleanliness: the provided kitchen lacks napkins, cutlery, glasses, and plates. Most items in the bathroom were rusted, as was the shower. In the bedroom there were cobwebs and hair in the bed. The air‑conditioning was too cold and unadjustable, and despite several requests to the host to change it, I received no response.
