The staff was helpful, but the bed was very uncomfortable, I couldn't get a shower because it was very dirty, the toilet wouldn't flush properly, they kept asking for cup and cutlery, the sugar had loads of coffee bits in it, and the margarine was great either.

The staff was very polite and I can't fault him; however, the carpet was worn out, there was no bath soap in the bathroom, the kitchen was terrible, the description said breakfast was included but we had to cater for ourselves, the worst thing was that there was no sink in the kitchen, the utensils were dirty, the wallpaper near the radiator was worn and peeling off. Have a sink in the kitchen with clean utensils.
