I love the location, the price is reasonable, and the rooms are spacious. However, the stairway about 10 steps away from my room had broken steps and was closed off, so I had to walk from the other end of the hotel. When I checked in, there was tissue floating in the toilet; I tried to flush it and the toilet was backed up. On top of that, I didn’t have any towels or shower mats, so I had to wait until the next morning for someone to plunge the toilet and bring towels. Housekeeping walked in without knocking or announcing herself and then said, “Oh, I’m sorry, I’ve only been working here 2 weeks.” I found a pitcher of water in the refrigerator, no forks, one spoon that still had food on it, a big hair by the nightstand, and rubber bands near the pillow. This isn’t my first time staying here, but my experience on this visit wasn’t the best.
