Mr Hany was very friendly and helpful, the room was big and nice, breakfast was very good, the bathroom was nice, there was a left for the hotel, and there was a nice view from the roof; the beds could be more comfortable but they weren't bad either.

The value for money was good: spacious rooms with private bathrooms and a convenient location 7–10 minutes walking from the Guiza entrance to the pyramid complex, and Hani, the hotel manager, is a great person who solves problems and helps with your stay and city tours, so I would definitely stay here again; the breakfast is good but could be more varied.

The staff were friendly and the owner was good, but the hotel did not match the photos; it was dirty, and I was assigned the wrong room. Be prepared for someone to tell you that there is an electrical problem in your room. There are no signs indicating this is a hotel. The rooftop breakfast consists of just one table and two chairs, and construction is happening on the roof. It’s better to choose a hotel closer to the Pyramids; this place is not a hotel but five rooms on one floor (a hostel).
