“Perfect spot, friendly host, a little AC clatter”
The place couldn't be better for visiting our daughter in Estrada – everything from a mini‑super to the service station and grocery store was just a few minutes away, and the drives to Playa Carrillo and Samara were a breeze. We swapped between the one‑bedroom apartment and the queen‑size studio over two weeks, appreciated the easy parking and the basic kitchen setup, and the AC and hot water kept us comfortable.
“Warm welcome, great dinner tip”
The owner was really kind, letting us check in late and even pointing us toward a good dinner spot for the evening. We had no complaints at all.
“Very friendly host”
Roberto was extremely friendly and proved to be an excellent host throughout our visit.
“Cozy room, messy patio”
The room was comfortable, clean and quiet, which made for a pleasant stay. Unfortunately the patio was dirty and a bit chaotic, which took away from the overall vibe.
“Large room, quiet AC, dull surroundings”
We stayed in a spacious room that had a tiny kitchen nook, separate shower and toilet, and a big, comfy bed; the air‑conditioning worked quietly and the little seating area outside was nice. The nearby soda place offered cheap, decent meals and sometimes Aras would drop by for breakfast. The surrounding area isn’t exactly scenic, but since I was out and about most of the time it didn’t bother me.
