It’s best for self‑driving guests, but walking to the nearest convenience store takes over 15 minutes, and ordering a Grab costs about 40 minutes.

This new hotel is impeccably clean, fresh, and cozy. For a one‑night layover after a flight, it’s hard to find a better stop. I wish there were at least a minimal breakfast option.

I paid in advance, but the hotel told me that on the day of arrival there would be no electricity—no air‑conditioning at 37 °C outside and no Wi‑Fi. They failed to provide what I paid for and what I urgently needed, so I had to book elsewhere. I sent two emails to the address listed on their website to cancel my reservation and simply ask for a free extension until 7 p.m. for my next stay on March 3‑4. The hotel never replied, and when I arrived on March 3 they charged me the full price for the late check‑out. I couldn’t discuss anything with the receptionists because none of them spoke English.

The hotel is new, my room was very clean, the bed was comfortable, and the view from the 7th floor was nice. The reception staff don’t speak English, and the hotel management didn’t answer my two emails. The bathroom door forces you to step into the shower area to use the toilet, so the floor is always wet and slippery. The air‑conditioner blows directly into the bed.
