The location was central. The room was off‑site from the hotel, the entrance was full of trash, the room was tiny with dirty walls, and there was no hot water in the morning.

Breakfast required a time slot because the space was very limited. The breakfast area was very small. The time slot for breakfast; the room window couldn’t be opened (it was defective), so we had to change rooms and ended up with a slightly smaller room than booked.

The hotel’s location is great, close to the train station and many attractions. The breakfast buffet was plentiful and we ate well. Our stay was very enjoyable inside the Sonya hotel.

The hotel’s spot right next to Roma Termini was super handy and turned out to be a pleasant surprise; the room was a bit small but did the job, had a window, and the bathroom looked good. Breakfast was very tasty, the room stayed quiet, and we loved the area—an interesting street close to Sta Maria Maggiore with Tosca, a charming little restaurant, just across the street.
