Gloria Palace Hotel & SPA

I liked the comfortable room, which was cleaned daily, the staff were pleasant, and I could pay with a card. The climate control in the room worked well. Extras such as a coffee maker and kettle were nice. Unfortunately, there was no dryer, so I had to dry clothes on chairs; I suggest the hotel install floor‑standing dryers at least. Also, the restaurant menu could be more varied. I only had breakfast, and every morning the dishes were the same. Overall, I had a very pleasant experience.

Everyone was kind. The staff, cleanliness, and location were good. The bed was a bit hard, and the pillows were very high and uncomfortable; when we asked for new pillows they were the same. For a 5‑star hotel, pillows and toppers should be soft.

The highlight for me was discovering NUXE products in the bathroom, which I absolutely loved. We stayed in a suite with two balconies overlooking the sea, watching the sunset every evening. The breakfast was exceptional, and the spa visit was also very good. The bed was incredibly comfortable. The only downside was that to reach the beach I had to go either at 7 am or 7 pm because it was very crowded, and there was a lot of noise that only subsided around 12 pm.
