How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
The room is spacious, well‑equipped, clean, and comfortable; the front desk staff is always helpful, so it’s definitely good value for money, but the luggage storage after check‑out could be better—leaving our bags outside the building felt uneasy, though everything stayed safe in the end.

The receptionist was fantastic and the location is right next to metro line 1 and Seomyeon. The room was spacious with a great bathroom and a separate toilet, a big TV, and a comfortable but sturdy bed. The room had an odd smell that faded after about 10 minutes, but it was still unpleasant every time I entered.

The hotel is really impressive with easy access by public transport; it’s not in central Busan, but the area feels clean, modern, and upscale, and the rooms and bathrooms are cozy, updated, and very comfortable, making for a truly pleasant stay.

The prices were high during the holiday, but I was glad to find a triple room available. The spot isn’t bad—walking to Seomyeon is possible, and there are many convenience stores nearby, plus a delicious pork soup spot just 3–4 minutes away. Inside the room, there’s a table, a sofa, and plenty of space, so even four people could sleep comfortably. The amenities were replenished whenever needed, which was nice. On the downside, the fridge was tiny and only cleaned after I requested it, which made me question the overall cleanliness. The sink drain in the bathroom emitted a sour smell, and every time the door opened there was a mix of new and cigarette odors. The luggage storage for check‑out was outside (with CCTV), which felt a bit insecure—though foreign guests were told to leave their bags inside at check‑in.
