The room was cozy, quiet, and clean, with a bus right outside and the city centre reachable in 25 minutes; the motorcycle parking was convenient. However, the third floor has no elevator, there is a kettle but no coffee, and there is a lack of hangers.

The owner was very kind and helpful when I asked questions, though I wish there had been clearer directions to public transport for the apartment, especially since it’s hard to get a taxi, Uber, or Bolt at night because it’s really outside the old town. The place was clean and well maintained. The towels had a slight smoke smell, and the property is a bit farther than expected from the old town but easy to reach with bus 1A (about 30‑40 minutes).

The spot is quiet, right across from the water with a calm swimming area by the harbour, and a supermarket just a 5‑minute walk away. A bus stop is only a 1‑minute walk; the 1A heads straight into Dubrovnik’s old town and runs frequently—download the Libertas app to keep track. The fridge and kettle are handy for saving on meals, and the air‑conditioning is solid. The drawers are stocked with everything you might forget: paper cups, plates, cutlery, a pack of cards, a plug, aftersun, shampoo, a hairdryer, and various other amenities. The host was lovely and the location great, but I wish there had been a lamp in the main room; I ended up using the big light instead, which is just a personal preference. Overall, nothing negative to note—my stay was wonderful. :))))

The apartment is comfortable for one person, 30 minutes by bus from the old town, and the bus stop is just 20 steps away. It feels a bit far but is a healthy distance from Dubrovnik’s bustle. There’s a very quiet beach just a 5‑minute walk, and supermarkets and bakeries are nearby. The entry system uses a code, and I wasn’t properly informed about it; the host wasn’t present at the location. A little more forethought on the welcome would have helped—third floor accessed by stairs. 8.0/10
