The scenery is nice, but the access to the location is very difficult without a 4×4 vehicle, so it wasn’t what I expected. From the entrance a cold air was felt, and the same cold was in the room; we were told not to worry about it warming up, but that didn’t happen. Two other families complained about the same thing: the room was cold. I paid for two nights but left after the first night because it was too cold in the room; with a small child I didn’t risk freezing him. The room cleaning was superficial, and the front desk staff also helped in the kitchen and as a waiter. The breakfast was sparse, and for dinner I had to choose from 3–4 dishes. The service was very slow.
