The location and staff are great, especially Ridwan was very cordial. The washroom was a bit small and congested compared to the room, and the shower enclosure could use a glass door or a curtain to stop the washroom floor from flooding during showers.
Only about a 7‑minute walk via a shortcut through the Anjum Hotel gets you to the Haram. All hotel staff are extremely professional, friendly, and welcoming—from reception and housekeeping to the luggage handlers and restaurant staff. The food was great, diverse, and very delicious, and throughout my one‑week stay I found nothing to criticize. What I didn’t like was seeing some guests overfill their plates with large amounts of food just to avoid getting up again, only to leave unfinished food behind; I hope future guests try to avoid this behavior.
“يعطيكم العافيه وارجو منكم الحرص على نظافة الموكيت”
The staff were helpful and the proximity to the holy site was convenient, but the price for the accommodation felt far too high.
“I really enjoyed my staying in the hotel and it closeness to haram”
Their hospitality was nice, but you should improve your services, especially when it comes to providing tea items—you don’t offer a variety of teas.
Temizlik ve konum harikaydı, but I did not like the reception staff who greeted us at the entrance.
