The room was spotless and spacious, but the key card was only one; after I went out to shop and came back, the air‑conditioning stopped, and turning it back on meant waiting a good while for it to cool down.

The AC blasted cold air, the place was spotless, nights were very quiet and there was even a bathtub, giving good value, plus we got a free upgrade to a triple room and it was just a stone’s throw from Kenting Main Street. The only hassle was that there was no hotel sign, so you have to call ahead to avoid getting lost; otherwise everything was fine.

The rooms were super comfy, but I was a bit annoyed that there weren't any hooks for hanging up my clothes. They also didn't provide proper cups for drinks, which was a bit of a hassle. Overall, it was a nice place to stay, but these little things would've made it perfect.
