The room was fine, yet the TV was off, towels were ripped, there weren't enough blankets, and we felt cold all night.

The rooms are very spacious, but the noise was a problem.

The place is nice, comfortable, and safe, and the location is good—we loved it. The atmosphere is pleasant and the view of Table Mountain is beautiful, perfect for family moments. Lady Omega welcomed us warmly and was very helpful, and the sheets were clean. However, the pool was dirty, room service was poor—sugar and salt were mixed together and we couldn't brew tea. The curtains were broken, the door was broken, windows were dirty, and the yard needs maintenance; the owner must improve cleanliness and keep the place orderly. The pool needs upkeep, even though it looked beautiful at first.

I was really looking forward to a relaxing stay, but unfortunately, the hotel fell short in several areas. The pool was disgusting, with no one cleaning it, and the whole place was dirty, both inside and out. The toilets were particularly grim, and the broken window wasn't exactly a welcoming touch. To top it all off, there was no breakfast, which was a major letdown.

I'm still trying to process how bad my experience was at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, I knew I was in for a rough ride. The pool was a health hazard, the rooms reeked of something awful, and the sliding door was broken. To make matters worse, our room was situated right next to the riverbed, with no safety precautions in place. It was a nightmare, and I wouldn't recommend it to my worst enemy.
