“I sincerely appreciated all the care that is put into the Three Moons. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay.”
The location is everything. Checking in was a breeze, I parked my car and could walk to the Plaza, Cathedral, museums, galleries, historic sites, shops, restaurants and more in just minutes. I felt safe strolling the neighborhoods, just like the other guests staying at nearby hotels. The Three Moons itself is charming, with a lovely courtyard. The rooms are Southwestern style, full of character and amenities, and I didn’t need anything extra – they even gave us bathrobes, which I loved. Every day I ate lunch on my private patio. The whole place was comfortable, quiet and peaceful throughout my stay.
“Overall, we really enjoyed our stay. Great ambience, amenities, location, cleanliness, staff. Would”
There was no A/C in the second bedroom, too many pillows on the beds, a worn-out mattress, and the edges were not supportive.
“Great location and comfortable stay”
The location was fantastic, within walking distance to Old Town and the restaurants. The hotel grounds were very pretty and unique.
“Location is great, not a great experience with the first room o got. Had bugs - second room was fine”
The location is a charming adobe complex, but I was assigned a room where bugs seemed to crawl in from the fireplace, supposedly coming from a nearby tree. I arrived late at night or early morning with a code, didn't notice them at first because I was exhausted, but then I saw many. It was hard to sleep for a few hours. I managed to switch to a smaller room the next morning, which was fine, but I never received a refund for the price difference.
“Great! Would definitely stay here next time we are in Santa Fe”
The location was great, parking was convenient, and the room was nice and had everything we needed!
