The staff were very unresponsive, there were no toiletries in the room, no drinking water, no tea arrangements—overall a very poor stay.

We had a booking, but the manager refused to give us the room and rented it to another guest who paid more. I had to find a different hotel around 9 pm that night. I request that you delist this hotel from your database and prevent anyone from booking it.

The hotel was in very bad condition, extremely dirty. The room was unhygienic, and the location was terrible. Outside the hotel gate the situation was also very bad—overall a very, very bad experience.

Nothing noteworthy. They denied check‑in and told me it was first‑come, first‑serve, so I either had to wait for someone to check out or come the next day. Worst hotel ever.
