The only thing that stood out was the location in Shillong. The staff were extremely rude; even after confirming my booking, they denied check‑in claiming all rooms were full. It was disrespectful and I would not recommend it to anyone.

The location was good, but our stay was quite disappointing. The room wasn’t clean, the curtains were torn, and the bathroom was dirty, which made the overall experience very unpleasant. The service was equally disappointing: the staff didn’t give us the Wi‑Fi password at check‑in—we had to keep asking for it. They also didn’t share the reception contact number, so it was hard to reach them when needed. Although breakfast was included with our room, no one told us where or when it would be served, so we had to keep asking for directions and details. Overall, the property lacked basic cleanliness, communication, and hospitality. I hope the management takes these issues seriously and improves their service for future guests.
