The room was clean and the staff were friendly, which made the whole stay feel comfortable. Everything from the bed to the bathroom was well‑kept, so I didn’t have any complaints. I’d definitely come back for the solid service and tidy environment.
Service was the only problem here; the staff seemed indifferent and didn’t respond to requests in a timely way. Aside from that, the room itself was fine, but the lack of attention made the stay feel frustrating.

Food was tasty and the hydro‑massage pool and sauna were both very good, so the amenities impressed me. On the downside, the front desk staff were rude about ride‑share rules, a cockroach showed up under the bed, and the air‑conditioner kept swinging between hot and cold. When I tried to wait for my Uber after checking out, the staff told me I couldn’t stay in the lobby, so I got soaked in the rain and ended up with a bad flu.
The hot chocolate at breakfast was absolutely delicious, a real highlight of the morning. Unfortunately the bathroom left a lot to be desired – the wooden toilet seat was swollen and cracked open, the tub was split and even the cleaning with alcohol turned the liquid brown. When I ordered lasagna a second time it arrived all mixed up on the plate, so I couldn’t eat it.
