Within walking distance of the station, the room was clean and the shower produced warm water. The water pressure is low, but overseas it’s usually weaker than in Japan, perhaps because Japan has abundant water resources. The surroundings were quiet.

The hotel is very nice, well curated and spotless. The restaurant is very well organized for a complete and tasty breakfast, with nothing missing. It’s also family-friendly. All the staff are very educated and efficient. I couldn’t ask for more.

I stayed on a quiet street with a supermarket at the corner and close to one of the most beautiful metro stations. The room was spacious and very clean! The staff were incredibly helpful, both at the reception and in the breakfast room. In particular, I’m grateful to Abdu at the reception, who assisted me and repeatedly tried to contact the next accommodation in Khiva since I couldn’t reach them myself. The breakfast room is excellent—beautifully decorated and lit, with a very good buffet; they make your omelette right there! The only downside is that there could have been seats in the inner courtyard.

Excellent hotel in a quiet spot near a metro station. The staff were brilliant and the whole place was spotless. Our room was spacious and very comfortable. We especially liked the underfloor heating in the bathroom. Nothing to complain about—one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in.
