The shower was filthy and still wet at 8 pm, as if someone had just showered; the curtain looked never cleaned, and hair covered the bed. I paid extra and would have stayed at Holiday Inn instead. I won’t return. Breakfast was gone by 8 am; the staff attendant was friendly and made more omelets, but all biscuits, bread, and bagels were gone.

The bed and couch were infested with bed bugs, and the bugs were awful.

The bed was fine, but I paid over $200 a night for a room with dirty laundry hanging from the shower curtain. Only hand towels were provided; I had to request bath towels. The pool lights had to be turned on. The ice machine was broken, mold covered everything, tiles were loose everywhere, and the sofa bed looked like it had cum stains. It’s a dump; definitely stay away if you’re Indian.

Very dirty, towels appeared ten years old. Trim work was missing in the room. It’s not what you expect for $150. Very dissatisfied.

The breakfast area was spotless, and my room stayed clean with no odd odors, which mattered a lot to me. I slept soundly on the bed, and the bedding was all white and fresh. Coffee was abundant and tasty. However, a group of industry contractors stayed next to us and got a bit noisy, though they quieted down around 9:30 pm. Adding fresh fruit or sugar‑free hot cereals to the breakfast spread would have been a nice touch.
