How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
The only good thing was the staff; the place, room, and everything else were zero for the price, so I only rate the staff. The night was noisy with Europeans playing music and the sound of tanks, which is annoying. If you’re used to hotels, you’ll never like this place. In another location in Hagan, you could get far better value for the same price. I give it three stars only for the staff.

The resort‑like setup reminded me of Napa Valley resorts when I stay‑cated away from San Francisco, with an on‑site restaurant and massage services. Loud karaoke from the adjacent Ha Giang loop hotel, where easy‑rider drinkers party, kept us up, but it stopped around 10 pm.

The scenery around the hotel is genuinely pleasant, but a tour group played music so loudly until midnight that I couldn't sleep that night, and the staff felt a bit detached compared to other hotels.
