The elevator was good. The morning rush was noisy.

From the first moment, the staff were very kind. The place is comfortable and cozy, with clean sheets, bedding, and towels; there was one small issue, but it was fixed immediately—well done. The hotel is lovely and has a history right on the France‑Spain border. The staff are very courteous. Breakfast was excellent! We’re from Chile, living in Barcelona and the US. The small detail was a joke (fixed).

The place looks nice, the room is comfortable and the views are pretty. Two weeks ago we were charged €10 for a small/mid‑size dog of about 9 kg, and this time the receptionist, who was very terse and didn't use any other adjective, charged us €16.
