Omni Los Angeles Hotel

The room was clean and the club lounge was decent, though food options were limited. Valet parking was terrible: I asked them to charge my car for almost seven hours after checking in at 1720, but they said the charge would start. I pointed out that it hadn't begun on my app, and only at 1030 pm did they explain I had to wait my turn. My last talk with the valet was at 1215 am the next day. As you can imagine, all I had to do was deal with the valet staff—no rest or even a chance to dine—an awful experience.

“Decent hotel”

The location is nice. The bed was uncomfortable, the pillows in the room were flat, and the bathroom feels outdated.

The whole hotel was bright, clean and the staff were pleasant; the location was excellent, and taking the world’s shortest cable car dropped us right in front of the downtown Grand Central Market. Little Tokyo was a short walk away and very convenient. Having a power outlet next to the bed was handy, and the Dodgers stadium was close by by Uber. We stayed six nights and found nothing to complain about.
