Harlow's Casino Resort & Spa

“This place has much potential. Unfortunate that they function on such a budget-minded approach. They diminish potential”

The staff were mostly friendly, but the hotel felt like a budget basement with very limited amenities, and the food service at Delta Cafe was unprofessional and unfriendly.

“Ruime kamer voor doorreis verblijf.”

Het vriendelijke personeel en de ruime kamer met een grote badkamer, plus het uitzicht op de Mississippi vind ik mooi, al moet je goed kijken; niet alle faciliteiten zijn open, het zwembad is dicht en ook het steakhouse is niet open.

I’m puzzled why this place is called a “resort/spa” when it offers no such amenities; there’s no room service, no daily cleaning, and the only service is valet.

Everything was fine—the rooms and the hotel itself were clean—except the young lady who checked me in at 6:30 was not friendly, though the rest of the staff were fine.

“The power went out for about 2 hours in the rooms and everybody was looking blank faced, no accommodation or nothing”

The carpet in my room was dirty, so I had to change my socks each time I got into bed, and I had to buy bleach spray for the bathroom.
