The staff on site were friendly—Mpume, Luyanda, and the cleaners—who were the most professional and intelligent. However, bedbugs and mistreatment from Managing Director Yusuf were a problem; he sent people to kick me out during a heavy storm after I complained about bedbugs because I wanted to extend my stay, showing no remorse. In June, there was no electricity for over 4 hours, and some months there was no water. The service was pathetic and leadership skills poor.

The accommodation was neat, spacious, had a bathtub suitable for kids, was clean, and a quiet place for relaxing. The only downside was the lack of facilities for children.

The place is so beautiful and atmosphere is amazing. If they can have breakfast included because it's a problem when you wake up then you have to go to the mall to have something to eat
