A very nice man who owns the property greeted us when we arrived, and there were no other guests during our stay. The accommodation includes a kitchen, lounge, and a wonderful balcony. He prepared our breakfast at either 8.30 or 9.30. The views from the high canyon are fantastic, and there’s an amazing restaurant nearby serving pizzas and other dishes, though the town itself is small with just a few quirky vintage shops. Parking at the property is a bit tricky but doable.

I loved the Spanish‑style architecture inside and out, especially the balcony windows and the French‑style windows. Warren, the owner, was incredibly friendly and hospitable. The breakfast was especially delicious, and there’s plenty of common space to lounge. The road leading up to the place was pretty bumpy, and parking was tricky. I wish our room and bathroom were connected, but it’s no big deal.

This hotel just isn’t my style; I was expecting something different, but I got what I got.
